Fried Tenderloins and Biscuits

INGREDIENTS:
4-6 pork tenderloins ½-1in thick
1 cup KY Kernel Seasoned Flour
½ cup milk Soybean (vegetable oil)
Gravy: 2 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp.
KY Kernel Seasoned Flour
1 cup milk
Biscuits
COOKING:
Tenderize tenderloins with mallet.
Cover bottom of skillet with oil and heat over medium.
Dip tenderloin in milk, dredge in flour, fry in skillet, flipping once until internal temp is 145 degrees with 3 minute rest.
Gravy:
Melt 2 tbsp. butter in skillet over medium heat, whisk in 2 tbsp. flour.
Add milk slowly stirring constantly until smooth.
Serve tenderloin topped with gravy on a biscuit.
