LeAnne Ragland's Pork Roast

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pork roast

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 Lipton onion soup packet

  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes

  • 3-4 cups of water

COOKING:

  1. Put pork roast in crockpot (frozen or thawed).

  2. In separate bowl mix soups and 2 cups of water, pour over roast, drop in bouillon cubes.

  3. Pour in more water to slightly cover roast.

  4. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Lower and longer is better.

  5. Served with broccoli casserole and fried apples in the picture.
