LeAnne Ragland's Pork Roast
INGREDIENTS:
1 pork roast
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Lipton onion soup packet
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3-4 cups of water
COOKING:
Put pork roast in crockpot (frozen or thawed).
In separate bowl mix soups and 2 cups of water, pour over roast, drop in bouillon cubes.
Pour in more water to slightly cover roast.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Lower and longer is better.
Served with broccoli casserole and fried apples in the picture.
