Coke Pulled Pork

INGREDIENTS:
Electric smoker
One boston butt pork roast
Apple wood pellets
Can of coke
Bbq sauce to taste
Seasoned salt
COOKING:
Place roast in electric smoker and smoke using apple wood pellets and apple juice until internal temperature is 200-205 degrees F.
Pull apart while hot and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, shred finely and place in a slow cooker with bbq sauce, a can of coke, and a light amount of seasoned salt until blended and cooked down.
