Coke Pulled Pork

INGREDIENTS:

  • Electric smoker

  • One boston butt pork roast

  • Apple wood pellets

  • Can of coke

  • Bbq sauce to taste

  • Seasoned salt

COOKING:

  1. Place roast in electric smoker and smoke using apple wood pellets and apple juice until internal temperature is 200-205 degrees F.

  2. Pull apart while hot and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, shred finely and place in a slow cooker with bbq sauce, a can of coke, and a light amount of seasoned salt until blended and cooked down.
