Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 cups diced and chilled cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced grapes
12 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp salt 1 cup mayo
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
COOKING:
Combine meat, celery, grapes, almonds, salt, parsley and mayo.
Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, fold into other ingredients.
Chill before serving.
