Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/2 cups diced and chilled cooked chicken

  • 1 cup chopped celery

  • 1 cup sliced grapes

  • 12 cup sliced almonds

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tsp salt 1 cup mayo

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

COOKING:

  1. Combine meat, celery, grapes, almonds, salt, parsley and mayo.

  2. Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks, fold into other ingredients.

  3. Chill before serving.
